Returns & Refunds Policy
At Larni Studio, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund:
- Items from our Sale Collection
- Personalised or customised items
Please note that introductory offers or promotional discounts applied to items outside our Sale Collection do not constitute a final sale. Unless otherwise stated, these items remain eligible for return or exchange under our standard policy.

How to Start a Return

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
For earrings returned for a refund or repair, both pieces of the pair must be returned so that we can process your request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank, card issuer or payment provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at larnistudio@gmail.com.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Return Shipping Costs
If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, Larni Studio will cover the return shipping costs.
For other approved returns, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item and place a separate order for the new item once your return has been approved.
If an exchange item is being reserved for you, it will be held until we receive your returned item.
Your return must be shipped within 14 days of receiving return approval by email or WhatsApp.
If the item is not returned within this period, the exchange request may be cancelled and the replacement item will no longer be reserved.
